Madvertise (ISIN code: FR0010812230, ticker: ALMNG), the French ad tech company specializing in mobile advertising, has won another contract with a prominent advertising publisher. Following its successful bid with the Marie Claire group earlier in 2017, Madvertise will now be working alongside upday, the news application preinstalled on all Samsung Galaxy S7 and S8 smartphones.
The company is entrusting its mobile advertising campaigns to Madvertise, the leader in mobile advertising to selected target audiences in France, with 28 million unique visitors every month (reaching 74% of mobile users in France).
With a mobile internet audience of 2 million unique visitors a month, upday is already one of the 25 most-consulted news services in France. It joins Madvertise’s line-up of publishers in the news sector, including Les Echos, News Republic, France Bleu and more.
Gonzague de La Tournelle, Chief Executive Officer of Madvertise, said: “We have been very impressed by the rapid deployment of the upday app, which has already become a major news aggregator in Europe. Madvertise will bring its technical, creative and commercial expertise to the table to work alongside upday in this hypergrowth stage.”
Alexis Ducros, Managing Director of upday France, said: “upday is looking forward to this new partnership with Madvertise in France. Madvertise has the expertise and experience to increase our mobile platform’s visibility to advertisers so that we can ensure our mobile advertising is more personalized and therefore more relevant for our target audience.”
