Madvertise (ISIN code: FR0010812230, ticker: ALMNG), the French ad tech company specializing in mobile advertising, is moving to a different trading group on the Euronext Growth Paris market. The company was previously listed in the E1 group (private placement, continuous trading), but is now moving to E2 (public offering, continuous trading) following approval of the Prospectus by the French markets authority, the AMF. The transfer, by direct admission, is effective as from September 20, 2017.
Paul Amsellem, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Madvertise, said: “The move to a public listing on Euronext Growth marks an important stage in Madvertise’s history, making us a more appealing investment prospect with increased liquidity and improved visibility, as well as expanding our potential investor base. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the shareholders who have believed in us since we were first listed on Euronext Growth in March 2012.”
The move comes after a successful year for Madvertise in FY 2016, which saw an acceleration in growth and, for the first time, operating profitability over a full year. Madvertise now aims to become a key partner for major European advertising publishers, particularly in France – where it is already the leader in mobile advertising – as well as Germany and Italy, its two other main markets.
Terms of the operation
During the transfer of Madvertise shares from trading group E1 to E2, no new securities will be issued and there may be no placement of existing securities.
The timeline for the transfer is as follows:
Euroland Corporate, the consulting firm who has worked with Madvertise on this operation, is to retain its role as the company’s listing sponsor.
