Carsten was most recently Managing Director UK for lottery company Tipp24 and held a number of executive positions at Time Warner subsidiary AOL in Hamburg and London. Before that he was responsible for business development in first Germany (in Munich) and later Europe (London) for Digital Rum, one of the leading developers of mobile services. Carsten Frien read business administration at the University of Hamburg and Aarhus Business School in Denmark, founding his first two Internet start-ups while still a student. He is one of the co-founders of madvertise, where he is in charge of HR, legal affairs, investors, products and technology.
Pan acquired experience in the mobile industry at O2 Germany and MindMatics. At O2 he worked in the Mobile Data division, where he supervised the development and launch of the first mobile internet flat rate. He wrote his dissertation on location-based mobile advertising, subsequently using this expertise at madvertise in product development and project coordination. Pan studied computer science in the media at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. He established his first start-up even before graduating and entered a number of business plan competitions.

Before co-founding madvertise, Martin was CTO at artmesh GmbH and also Senior Software Architect at Want2do AG. Previously he acted as a consultant to various IT companies such as mediapeers GmbH GmbH, TopTarif Internet GmbH and mention Software GmbH. Martin studied software systems engineering at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, attaining a Master of Science in 2007. While still a student, he took the opportunity to work on various projects for the likes of the BMW Group, Siemens and ElectronisArts GmbH, and also acquired experience in scalable enterprise systems. Martin's responsibilities at madvertise include the architecture and development of the Ad Server and the madvertise platform.
Prior to co-founding madvertise, Thomas was a freelance software architect and consultant for clients such as TravelIQ, Want2do and Media Peers. He studied software systems engineering at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, after which he became a co-founder and CPO of artmesh GmbH. Thomas is one of the founders of madvertise and is jointly responsible for ad server architecture, the integration of partners, and the organization of the technical team.

Richard has worked in the digital economy since 1999. As Managing Director he established the Performance Network “Flycast Communications” in the GSA region. He is a pioneer in the field of revenue optimisation for online publisher and ROI-models for advertiser. As a Senior Regional Director EMEA at DoubleClick, Richard Kidd has significantly contributed to the "digital video advertising“ in Europe and its firm place in today's media mix. Most recently Richard was responsible for the development of trading activities at Magnify Ad Platform Services for Adconion Media Group. Since April 2012 Richard Kidd works as Senior Vice President Sales at madvertise.

Stefan Benndorf spent several years as a Senior Consultant at Solon Management Consulting Consulting GmbH & Co. KG in Munich. There, he managed projects for international companies and investors from the media and telecommunications industry and supported this with strategic issues.
